1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player") and be555 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the be555 website and all related services accessible at be555.ws. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses or uses the Platform in any capacity.

By registering an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or simply browsing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. be555 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Player Eligibility

To register and use be555, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. be555 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or close accounts found to be non-compliant.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. be555 strictly enforces this minimum age and may request government-issued proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be immediately closed and any balances forfeited.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, using your own funds. Registering or playing on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player or be subject to any other exclusion from online gaming platforms that would make your participation unlawful or in breach of this agreement.
• You must provide accurate and truthful personal information during registration and keep this information up to date at all times. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• You must not use the Platform if you are a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of be555 or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of any such person.

be555 reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation from any player at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a national identity card, passport, or driving licence, and evidence of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal facilities or account closure.

3Account Registration

Each player may hold only one active account at be555. Registration is free and requires a valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh. The mobile number provided at registration becomes the primary account identifier and is used for login, password resets, and account verification.

• Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials. be555 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the player has failed to adequately protect their login details.
• Account sharing is prohibited. Your be555 account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person at any time.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify be555 customer support immediately by contacting [email protected]. be555 will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the account pending investigation.
• be555 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the point of a withdrawal request. Accounts that cannot be verified to the satisfaction of be555 may have withdrawal facilities withheld until verification is complete.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any pending bonus amounts that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be voided. Verified real-money balances will be returned via the player's last used payment method, subject to standard processing times.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

be555 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. be555 may add or remove payment methods at any time; the current list of accepted methods is always displayed at the point of deposit.

• The minimum deposit is ৳100. There is no maximum single-deposit limit imposed by be555, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. be555 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not previously used to make a deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within one business day for accounts that have completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may experience longer processing times pending completion of identity verification.
• All deposits are credited to the player's account balance in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). be555 does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, though the player's payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits that appear to be made for money laundering purposes, or that are deposited and immediately withdrawn without meaningful gameplay, may be declined or reversed and the account referred for investigation.

be555 is committed to processing all financial transactions accurately and promptly. In the event of a technical error affecting a deposit or withdrawal — including double charges, failed transfers, or incorrect amounts — players should contact customer support at [email protected] as soon as the discrepancy is noticed. be555 will investigate and correct confirmed errors within a reasonable timeframe.

5Bonuses and Promotions

be555 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of all applicable terms.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. For example, a ৳500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the relevant promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of crediting; any uncompleted wagering requirement at the expiry of this period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• be555 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player account and being actively wagered will be honoured to its natural conclusion under the terms in force at the time of crediting.
• A maximum of one bonus may be active on a player account at any time. A new bonus cannot be claimed until the previous bonus has either been completed or forfeited. Players may forfeit an active bonus at any time through their account settings, but any winnings generated while a bonus was active will also be voided upon forfeiture.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted. Free spins are valued at the denomination specified in the relevant promotion and any winnings from free spins are subject to the wagering requirement stated in that promotion.

6Responsible Gaming

be555 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. Online gaming is intended as a form of entertainment for adults and should never be treated as a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties. be555 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years and provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Players may set a time limit on their gaming sessions. When the limit is reached, the player will be logged out automatically.
• Time-out: Players may apply a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a time-out, the account cannot be used to place bets or access the casino. Time-outs cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling entirely may request indefinite self-exclusion by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion is permanent and cannot be reversed. be555 will use reasonable efforts to ensure the excluded player's account cannot be reopened.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the be555 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the Platform in a manner not consistent with normal human gameplay.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip-dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources, or using the Platform as a mechanism to transfer or obscure the origin of funds.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or in the Platform itself. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown error are void and will be reversed.
• Registering more than one account, or providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Engaging in any conduct that be555 reasonably considers to be abusive, threatening, or harassing towards be555 staff or other players, whether through in-game chat, customer support channels, or any other means of communication.

8Account Suspension and Termination

be555 reserves the right to suspend or close a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons or at be555's sole discretion.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including eligibility requirements, account rules, or prohibited activities.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe, or providing documentation that is found to be fraudulent, altered, or otherwise invalid.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, chargebacks, or any other financial crime in connection with the use of the Platform.
• At the request of a responsible gaming authority, law enforcement body, or other competent authority, or where continued operation of the account would place be555 in breach of applicable law.

Where an account is closed by be555 for reasons other than a breach of these Terms — for example, at the player's own request or as a result of a regulatory requirement — any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the be555 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, text, images, audio and video materials, game interfaces, and the selection and arrangement of content — is the property of be555 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants the Player any rights in the Platform's intellectual property.

Players may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or in any way exploit any content from the be555 platform without the prior written permission of be555. Unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to claims for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, be555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if be555 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. be555's total cumulative liability to any player arising from or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

be555 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond be555's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform. be555 will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and to restore service as quickly as possible following any outage.

11Privacy and Data Protection

be555 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. be555 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect personal and financial data in transit. Player data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

12Amendments to These Terms

be555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, be555 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the registered mobile number or email address on file. The updated Terms will become effective on the date specified in the notice, which will be no less than 7 days from the date of notification for material changes.

It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a player does not agree with an amendment, they may close their account before the effective date without penalty, subject to completion of any pending withdrawal requests.

13Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any transaction entered into through the Platform shall first be referred to be555 customer support at [email protected] for resolution. be555 will use its best reasonable efforts to resolve complaints promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the customer support process, be555 and the player agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal proceedings. Nothing in this clause limits the player's statutory rights or rights of recourse under applicable consumer protection law.
